They received their letters last week and were so excited. I have seen them excited before, but this was different. They couldn't wait to facetime Grandma (me) to tell me all about it.

Hi there, just wanted to send a message to say thank you for the letter, my nephew loved it, the quality was great the envelope was so good too I thought it would have just been plain so was nice to see that decorated, but honestly I can’t fault it so I just wanted to take the time to thank everyone that puts their time and effort into making Christmas that little bit more magical, I know it’s early but Christmas is my favourite time of the year (my trees been up for weeks now lol), but I hope the team have a great Christmas when it comes, again thank you for making it extra special for my nephew this year!

I got a "letter from santa" for my great nephew. It was so well done it mentioned how well he got on at swimming and mentioned his siblings which absolutely sold it for him. He was so happy to get it, he showed it to everyone who came to us over Christmas. Highly recommend

Letter received in very good time. Puppy unfortunately pinched it from the Christmas 🎄 and chewed it up! I made contact via email to ask if I could order a replacement. The team responded by return and are replacing free of charge. Amazing and friendly service; would highly recommend.

Hi my experience was excellent from this company. I have ordered for 3 years now, last year one of my grandchildren didn’t receive their letter, I straight away contacted the company, the next day a letter arrived! Unfortunately with our post some mail does get put in the wrong door! I give this company excellent reviews as if you do contact then over a missing letter, they act very quickly!

This is my little Granddaughters (Bella) 2nd Christmas, my daughter just informed me that the lovely Santa letter had arrived, she read the letter to the little one who is still quite young to understand but she loved it in her own cute little way, however, my daughter adores this and is keeping this in Bella's memory box for her to keep forever. Thank you so much, it is beautiful and so personal too. I will be ordering many more in future years.

My 10 year old daughter "freaked out" when the letter came. She was amazed that Santa knew so many facts about her as Santa wrote in the letter. The wax seal was a great extra and she was puzzled as to who sent the letter. It made her believe again, even if just for a moment, that the spirit of Christmas lives on through Santa. This was money well spent to see the wonder in my child's eye.

This will be the 3rd year I have ordered Christmas letters for my grandchildren. They love receiving them and I will be a little sad when they get too old.
