Unless you ordered the 'Skip the Queue' extra, we start to post letters at the end of November (to land during the beginning of December) - in order to arrive before Christmas.
Letters sent to Europe should arrive within 7 working days from the date of your dispatch email and 12 days for countries outside of Europe.
